Bright Noise

You don't need anything extra for this tag,
Except DBS-Flux
Psychedelic and Radial Mosaic and Bright Noise

The font I used is Cooper Black
This used to be a free font. (I couldn't find a free version, sorry.)

Ready?
Open a new image ~ 600 X 600.Transparent.
Type your name, use a pattern or color of choice.
You could also use a tube. Get creative. Now convert it to a raster layer.
Rename it "Name"
Select all- float- defloat.
Now expand the selection by 3.
Add a new layer below this one,
Rename it White.
Flood fill with white or a light color of choice.
Select none.
Add an inner bevel.
Here are my settings.

add a drop shadow with these settings: -2,2,41,3.00,black.
 now activate the name layer.
Apply
DBS Flux  Psychedelic with the default settings.
and duplicate it 3 times so you have 4 name layers.
On the 'name' layer,
Move it below the 'white' layer.
Then apply DBS Flux Radial Mosaic with the default settings.
This is what your layer palette should look like

  Activate Copy (3).
Apply DBS Flux Bright noise, Intensity 26, Mix ticked, Click OK.
Repeat on layer 2 only this time apply the filter twice.
Repeat on copy of name layer apply the filter three times.
Add your Copy wright and designer info.
Crop as desired.
You can decorate it now.
I just made this one using Special Moments by DBS
You can check out her blog Here

Close layers the first 2 name layers.
Copy merged.
Take to animation shop and paste as a new animation.
Now go back to PSP,
Open the middle name layer and close the first one.
Copy merged. Take to animation shop and paste after current layer.
Now go back to PSP, close the middle layer and open the last name layer.
Copy Merged, take to animation shop and paste after current frame.
View animation and save.
Thanks for trying the tutorial.
I would love to see your results!
